Our School-Based Lunch Pilot Program was initiated for parents experiencing parental disruption without good cause, where a child’s relationship with a parent has been interrupted despite the absence of safety concerns.
In partnership with local schools and sheriff’s offices, our program facilitates supervised, school-based lunches that allow children and parents to maintain healthy contact in a neutral, supportive environment. Research and experience show that unnecessary disruptions to parent-child relationships can negatively affect a child’s emotional well-being, sense of stability, and academic focus.
By offering a carefully monitored setting during the school day, this pilot program prioritizes the child’s best interests, reduces conflict between adults, and ensures appropriate oversight by school resource officers.
The purpose of this form is to gather essential information from parents or guardians to confirm eligibility, understand individual circumstances, and coordinate logistics so that participation in the program is safe, consistent, and focused on supporting the child’s overall well-being.
