A pro se's Constitutional Challenge to Georgia's 370 Municipal Courts ability to collect fines and fees from state traffic offenses turned a Georgia man into an existential threat to the city treasuries of such Municipalities. Several dozen officials are accused of weaponizing child support laws with the intent to falsely imprison said citizen for the purposes of using the prison system as a surrogate for fatal violence to thwart his challenges.

 

However, in defense of the illicit weaponization of family court processes weaponized against him, he brought challenges to the entire family court system that posed a far greater threat to the State than his traffic court claims. Maneuvering through generations of obscurity, he legally demonstrated through case law, how child custody and support procedures were fundamentally unconstitutional and orders thereof, void, leaving many to think whether these processes were deliberately designed to destroy the American Nuclear Family.
