Congressional Representative,

As a constituent of your district, and a United States Citizen interested in all federal crimes that are committed or alleged to be committed, I am requesting that you transfer, submit or forward the attached:

(1)Congressional Grievance, seeking an investigation into systemic DOJ Corruption in their handling of private citizen criminal complaints to the Congressional Committee of your capacity (Senate or House); and

(2)Criminal Complaints, seeking a criminal investigation into Automattic Inc., a for-profit company that owns WordPress.com and an investigation into several dozen state, local and federal officials, alleged co-conspirators with such for-profit company, to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

It has come to my attention that on or around November 26^th, 2025, Automattic Inc., may have committed Federal crimes by interfering with one or more citizen’s ability to notify Congress of a Congressional Grievance alleging probable cause of systemic DOJ Corruption in their handling of private citizen criminal complaints. It has also come to my attention that these illicit acts may have been committed as an overt act in a racketeering conspiracy, to shield those employed within the DOJ who are accused of acting as the protectors of those accused of engaging in such racketeering conspiracy from Congressional oversight.

These crimes potentially affect public confidence of a monumental degree, as it accuses a corporation doing business in the United States of tampering with website and URL data in a broader scheme to obstruct potential Congressional oversight against officials employed within the DOJ who are accused of acting to shield various officials who are accused of engaging in major crimes (racketeering) from criminal executive review (investigation) under an agency of the DOJ, the Federal Bureau of Investigation. It is requested that your offices immediately act to stifle these crimes which have been accused of affecting life, liberty and the rights of the public.

Whereas, to facilitate this request, I, the undersigned member of the public, a United States Citizen with a residence within the United States and therefore, interested in all and any "Federal" crimes that are alleged to be committed within United States territories, do hereby given my authorized consent, to an authorized person or person(s) of the United Coalition Family, to facilitate Constituent Requests on my behalf to my Federal Representatives.

The United Coalition Family shall solely facilitate said constituent requests in the following limited manner:

1. Transmit, forward or present a 46 pg Congressional Grievance against the Department of Justice to my Federal Representatives and inform my Federal Representatives to transmit, forward or present the same to the House and/or Senate Judiciary Committee for investigation; &

   
   

2. Transmit, forward or present a letter naming Automattic Inc and a 506 pg. Criminal Complaint naming Automattic Inc., and 50+ state and federal officials to my Federal Representatives and inform my Federal representatives to transmit, forward or present the same to the Federal Bureau of Investigation ("FBI") for investigation.

Said authorized persons shall have all manner and authority to receive and transmit any information, consistent with the Privacy Act of 1974, to facilitate the request above and shall not be denied. If denied, the United Coalition Family may take all and any measures necessary to notify law enforcement and myself of said obstructions. The undersign has all authority to terminate this consent at any time.

By filing out this form I give authorized persons of the United Coalition Family consent to contact me and your Congressional offices via email or otherwise to provide or gather status updates about my constituent request. I also give the United Coalition Family consent to capture my signature for the sole and limited purposes of making said constituent requests.

By filing out this form, I understand that the United Coalition Family is not representing me in any legal matter, proceeding or providing me any legal assistance or advice. By filing out this form I understand that the authorized persons of the United Coalition Family are solely facilitating a Constituent request to my Federal representatives on my behalf.
